Media Release - Fast Tackles Trailer Tracking Issues with New 9600 Field Sprayer

Fast Sprayers introduces its new Model 9600 line of Agricultural Trailer Sprayers to provide Farmers with the latest in technology and design. This field sprayer is equipped with Fast’s new compact Stealth Tank and patent pending hydraulic telescoping hitch (80’ boom or <). These features provide a shorter wheel base which minimizes trailer drift, (dog tracking) on side hill applications and at headlands. The whole sprayer has been designed around preventing crop damage, being productive and ease of operation.

“With the high cost of crop inputs Farmers need every bushel per acre they can squeeze out. No one is happy about running over crop and this new compact trailer minimizes the problem,” says Verlyn Fast owner of Fast Distributing.

Known for its superior ride and clean design Fast has also added improvements to the center pivot boom system. The suspension base has been widened, parallel lift links have been reinforced and quick-lock pivot pins have been added to improve boom ride and increase serviceability.

Tanks are available in 1050 and 1300 gallon sizes and include a long sloping trough style sump with additional 12” dropdown for excellent tank drainage. Boom sizes are available from 60’ to 100’ with the new Flow Back shutoff valves from TeeJet and no-drip nozzle outlets at various spacings. Standard features on the Fast Model 9600 include powder coat baked-on paint, a hydraulic driven high performance product pump, simple-to-use stream-lined plumbing system, 100 gallon rinse system, Raven 450 controller, adjustable axle from 61” to 120”, 2” bottom fill and numerous tire and rim options.

Other options for the Fast Model 9600 include Raven and Norac automatic boom height controllers, automatic boom section controllers, foam markers, Hypro eductors, and dual wheels. A field ready Model 9600 with 1050 gallon tank and 90’ boom retails for about $42,000.00.

Media Release – Fast Distributing to build Miller pull-type sprayers

St. Nazianz, Wisconsin -- Today Miller St. Nazianz, Inc., announced that it has entered into an agreement to sell its Miller pull-type product line to Fast Distributing of Mt. Lake, Minnesota.

Fast will build the Miller 500 gallon pull-type sprayer in its current configuration and offer it along with their full line of pull-type sprayers to the existing Miller pull-type dealer network. Fast offers a comprehensive line of sprayers, including a new 1000 and 1,250 gallon model, along with units with capacities of 1,800 and 2,400 gallons and boom widths up to 132 feet. These units will be painted Miller red and will carry a new “Miller by Fast” brand. Current Fast dealers will continue to have access to the Fast green and yellow “Fast” branded sprayers.
